Amir Hajian's Homepage

I am a cosmologist. My main research interest is the Cosmic Microwave Background radiation. I am a member of the Atacama Cosmology Telescope (ACT) collaboration. Over the last few years I have worked on a number of projects including the search for the shape of the universe, testing global isotropy of the universe using data from WMAP satellite, testing modified theories of gravity and dark energy, developing new algorithms for power spectrum estimation and efficient methods for parameter estimation in cosmology.

Currently I am a postdoctoral fellow at CITA. I spent four years at Princeton University as a research physicist. I did my PhD at IUCAA, my Master's at IASBS and undergraduate at Sharif University.
